How to make The Perfect Vinaigrette 

How to make a perfect  vinaigrette salad dressing? The perfect vinaigrette has the following ingredients:

Salt

Pepper

Dijon mustard

Red wine vinegar

Olive oil (or sunflower oil)

The proportions of each of the above ingredients are very important. For a typical salad add the following ingredients into a salad bowl;

pinch of salt and pepper

flat teaspoon of Dijon mustard

two thirds full dessert spoon of red wine vinegar

mix the above

then add 2 dessert spoons of oil and mix

The vinaigrette should be mixed in the salad bowl prior to adding the salad, however, the salad should be turned in the bowl just prior to serving.
